How do I reach The Good Life?

Shipping:

When will my order ship?

Items in stock will ship within 3 business days, while custom orders can take 2-3 weeks.  You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is being prepped for shipment.

 

Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. We will ship to P.O. boxes as well as APO / FPO addresses.

 

Can you change my shipping address after an order is placed?

Only if the item has not yet shipped! Please reach out as soon as possible for any changes being made.

 

 Can I send a gift note with an order?

Happy to include!  Please leave your note in the NOTES section at checkout and we’ll be sure to add it.

 

Can I pick up my order?

Sure! Please email me at melissa@thegoodlifecreations.com to make arrangements.

 

Expedited orders?

 If time allows, I will try to help! However, options may be limited given what I have in stock. There will be a rush fee of $10.

 

Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We will also need a receipt/proof of purchase.

Custom items are non-returnable as they cannot be resold. Defective or broken items can be returned for store credit, though purchaser is responsible for shipping costs

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Please contact us at melissa@thegoodlifecreations.com if your refund has not been processed after that time.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned after 30 days.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at melissa@thegoodlifecreations.com and send your item to:
